Client is a US based real estate property developer dealing with different type of properties such us residential, commercial and storage listings for rent.
Challenges
The client wanted to develop a web based real estate management application with content management system to manage the site content via admin panel. They want to promote their newly featured properties via the website and to maintain the downloadable application forms via admin panel. Users can send maintenance request through website and viewers can send property enquiry to agent.
What We Did
ANGLER has developed an application based on Joomla and customised the components such as ezrealty, docman, QContacts, etc. in order to suit the customer’s requirement.

Client can able to manage the website content in Home page, Contact Us, Site map via admin panel by themselves
Client can upload the downloadable application forms listed in the application forms page via admin panel
Client will receive the maintenance request applications from the website to his email address. So the client need not to login in the application to see the requests
Viewers can able to send property enquiry email to the agents directly
